Running love;=)

Hi all and a very happy thursday!!

I started doing running last week again for a long while and the first 2 times were so hard and a struggle. Nothing felt good. I was slow, pain in my legs, I felt out of breath and it was just hard;=( And I got so pissed since running is the BEST thing I know normally;=)

But now I´ve been running some times more and yesterday I had THE flow again;=)
Ran my normal speed, had fun, felt great, legs were perfect, weather was slightly rain and that´s just perfect for my running and I was so happy after my 7 k´s were done;=)

So in just 2 weeks my normal speed is back and I feel so happy! Cause I love running. I love to go to the gym too but running is, for me, meditation. And one of the things I do love about it, is exactly that I never know beforehand how my body will feel like, how the run will be - good or just bad?

A struggle or flow?

And since I am a person who love changes and variety and action, it suits me perfect to NEVER know what will happen when I leave home and start running;=)

Love and hugs to you all!

First relaxation and then working...

...that´s my day today.

Started off walking with Mio in his pram by the ocean, sitting down and listening to the ocean. I really love being in the moment, hearing the ocean sound and meditate for a while. It´s good to relax the mind from all stress and things occupying my mind;=)

Then home and now I´m working in front of my computer while I nurse Mio. Multi-tasking is needed;=) And boring things to attend to but very important things so need to be done in these coming days. Nemo is in daycare until 14 so soon time to head out and get him again.

And later on it´s running time again! Were at the gym yesterday and it was fun lifting heavier weights and feeling the "pump". But running is just the best!

Wish you all a great day and to see photos and videos from my morning walk, go to my INSTAGRAM!

Saturday´s outfit

We were invited to our friends wedding ceremony in Sofiero castle this saturday and my plan was to wear this outfit but due to rain I changed. But here´s the outfit anyway:

Dress I bought at sale 70% from Custommade, old boots Fiorentini Baker, headband Forever 21

Proud

I am still nursing Mio full time and when it comes to dressing to be able to nurse without opening up or pulling up my clothes I like to have nursing clothes on. Just ordered myself two new items from PROUD and I chose leopard pattern since I love that;=)

One lovely dress and one top, perfect for autumn:

New amp

Hi all,

Today I ordered a new amp for the studio. This is a great one to a much cheaper price than many others out there. We borrowed a friends amp last studio session and were so happy with it that I ordered us our very own now;=)

Fun with new stuff!

Here in Helsingborg we have a rainy windy kinda autumn day so me and the kids are staying inside today singing songs and just chilling. Later today I´m heading to the gym for the first time in a year and I am longing! On thursday I´m going to meet a new Personal trainer to continue what I started before I got pregnant. I will continue running outdoor 2-3 times a week and then go to the gym 2 times a week. It´s great to exercise at home but now I need more weights and tools to get better in shape and then the gym is perfect!

Do u guys go to the gym or do any other sports?

I would love to start playing tennis once a week too or ride Islandic horses, but let´s see when I have time for that;=)

ENJOY this day now!!

Fitness brownies;=)

Hi all and a very HAPPY FRIDAY!

So, yesterday I baked some fitness brownies and here´s the recipe if you wanna try them:

FITNESS BROWNIES:
First mix oats in a blender to smaller pieces. Then add 1,5 scoop of protein powder. I used Casein with chocolate taste but any powder is ok;=) Then add 1 tablespoon of cacao, 2 tablespoons of Stevia or other sugar substitute and 2 teaspoons of baking powder.
Mix together 1/2 a banana with 1 tablespoon of natural crunchy peanut butter and 1 dl of almond milk or soy milk.
Then add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix together. Put in a form that has baking paper in it.
Put into the oven at 175 degrees for appr. 10-15 minutes.

Frosting:
Take equal quantity of light philadelphia cheese and low fat quark. Mix together with vanilla powder (not vanilla sugar) and stevia or other sweetener.

When the cake has cooled off, cut into little cookies and add the frosting on top. Put in the fridge for a while before eating;=)

ENJOY!!

Got us a new chair;=)

I got a new chair for our home and today Johan picked it up at the furniture store with the beautiful and suitable name: MIO;=)

The chair is so nice and can be pushed back all the way down to a lying position so I can sit and sleep with Mio in my arms while nursing. Great!;=)

Here´s my new "sheep" chair member! Called Wellness and it does feel like pure wellness sitting here now;=)
