How we do it
Good morning all:-)
Nemo is ill and has been all weekend so it´s been a calm weekend for us all. He´s still not well so today we´ll be inside and I´m answering interviews and fixing job things. If he´s better in the afternoon we might just go out in the back yard but we´ll see.
Yesterday I ran in the forest after having such exercising pain after my session with my Personal trainer Alexander on thursday. I haven´t had such pain for a long time so I took it easy on my run yesterday and instead I´ll run again today. It´s important to listen to my body and sometimes rest some days like I did and then run slower when starting again. It´s not HOW you do it but THAT you do it;-)

6 months ago...
...a precious little baby named Mio Johan Willow was born and entered our family. A precious little one who has been a sunlight and always happy and smiling little boy since day one;=)
Today we celebrate his first 6 months and I can´t believe how fast time flies! Soon he´ll be walking, running and talking like my two other boys so I really cherish this baby-period and having him next to me in bed every night, kissing his little feet, getting that "I love you mum"-look when he looks at me and I feel so blessed to have my little MIO in my life;=)
Hip hip hurray sweetest Mio on your 6 months day! I love you to the moon and back;=)

It went...
...really well, my PT hour today;=) Alexander had a great schedule for me with some HIIT exercises that made us go through my whole body. I learned better technique and how to do some of them and I also got to try out new things, like using the TRX-bands. Really fun but hard;=) AND my legs are SO tired so we´ll see how my friday run will turn out tomorrow!
Next week we´ll meet 2 times cause on tuesday he wanted to do some tests on me so then I wanted an extra hour on thursday when we´ll do some workout.
Feels great to have a Personal trainer again and I´m sure I´ll learn so much great things about me and my body!

A new challenge...
...is that I´m starting exercising with a new Personal trainer today;=) This time a guy and I´m a bit nervous cause it feels like a man will be tougher than Lise was, but I´ll tell you afterwards;=) Now time to change clothes and go meet him!
All things challenging me is always nervous but making progress, making new goals and testing myself is what life´s about.

Yesterday´s photo shoot;=)
Hi all and a happy Sunday!
Yesterday me and Annicka had a great photo session and this time we did more photo´s for promo and close ups;=) The result will be ready in some days after Annicka has used her magic on them;=)
But for now, some photos from the preparations and set:
Painted my nails with a new polish from Essie:
Boughtt new make up and scented body lotion to make me look and feel good:
Made a three-color make up on the eyes with black underneath and false lashes in the end of the eye.
Love the colors!
Bought Spanx and shape wear to hold in and push up my body;=)
Went to fabulous Linda Lindskog at ROOTS to get my hair done in a cool rocky style;
A kind of mohawk hair do and I LOVE it! I would love to shave my sides and have this all the time;=)
First outfit was with these dear leo boots on:
Third outfit was my IRON GIRL outfit and I felt like IRON and had to strike a Superman pose;=)
After many hours we felt we were to tired to take any more photos for this time and finished off in my star outfit with a lovely top on from my friend Efty´s´ clothes brand 60 Days:
