Good morning all:-)Nemo is ill and has been all weekend so it´s been a calm weekend for us all. He´s still not well so today we´ll be inside and I´m answering interviews and fixing job things. If he´s better in the afternoon we might just go out in the back yard but we´ll see. Yesterday I ran in the forest after having such exercising pain after my session with my Personal trainer Alexander on thursday. I haven´t had such pain for a long time so I took it easy on my run yesterday and instead I´ll run again today. ...a precious little baby named Mio Johan Willow was born and entered our family. A precious little one who has been a sunlight and always happy and smiling little boy since day one;=)Today we celebrate his first 6 months and I can´t believe how fast time flies! Soon he´ll be walking, running and talking like my two other boys so I really cherish this baby-period and having him next to me in bed every night, kissing his little feet, getting that "I love you mum"-look when he looks at me and I feel so blessed to have my little MIO in my life;=)Hip hip hurray sweetest Mio on your 6 months day! It went...
...really well, my PT hour today;=) Alexander had a great schedule for me with some HIIT exercises that made us go through my whole body. I learned better technique and how to do some of them and I also got to try out new things, like using the TRX-bands. Really fun but hard;=) AND my legs are SO tired so we´ll see how my friday run will turn out tomorrow!Next week we´ll meet 2 times cause on tuesday he wanted to do some tests on me so then I wanted an extra hour on thursday when we´ll do some workout.Feels great to have a Personal trainer again and I´m sure I´ll learn so much great things about me and my body!Sleep well now!&nbs...
A new challenge...
...is that I´m starting exercising with a new Personal trainer today;=) This time a guy and I´m a bit nervous cause it feels like a man will be tougher than Lise was, but I´ll tell you afterwards;=) Now time to change clothes and go meet him!All things challenging me is always nervous but making progress, making new goals and testing myself is what life´s about.
